Christopher Sieber in "Spamalot"

He gets to do the first really funny song - "The Song That Goes Like This" with Sara Ramirez - it's a parody of Andrew Lloyd Webber ballads. Then he's the Black Knight (unrecognizable under the armor), then he's Prince Herbert's father - unrecognizable under a fat suit, and bushy beard and wig. You know it's him, though, because he's six inxches taller than anyone else on stage.

Very funny throughout.

Hehe. Yes, he is significantly taller than anyone else on stage, and he has some amazing moments - he's a definite standout:) "The Song that goes like this" is hilarious, and he's great as Prince Herbert's father.:)

It seems that Spamalot is shaping up to be another Producers as far as the Tony's are concerned. Any shows stand a chance against the Spamalot jugernaut?

The hidden gem of the show. He's fabulous. The best male actor/singer up there.

Christopher Sieber was hilarious and perfect in Spamalot. He is unrecognizable under some of his makeup though. Mr. Sieber is the nicest too.

I've said this before, but he took a picture with me when I ran into him while I was leaving the Stage Door area (he didn't come out the regular stage door). My mother did something weird with the digital camera, and he waited with me so I could try to fix it. I was about to give up when he took it, and in one second he fixed it . ok I'll stop hehehe

Chris and Sara nearly steal the show with The Song That Goes Like This. But Christian Borle was the highlight of the evening as far as I was concerned.

Curry was ok, but not remarkable. He performs the role fairly straight and it's not a standout role to begin with considering he plays one character that undergoes little change throughout the show. Most of the time, he delivers his lines straight out to the audience and seems not to be involved too much in the action on stage. Pierce downplays most of his material and evokes some smiles, but it's not a large part and there's little focus given to his characters. I saw more Niles Krane from Pierce than anything else. Azaria is wonderful and really makes the most of the material he is given. He definitely has the meatiest role of the big four in the cast. Azaria, Borle, Ramirez and Sieber all hit the marks in the style and wit needed for the show. Curry and Pierce are ok, but don't quite deliver in the same comedic style as the rest.

He got favorable reviews for the Chicago run as did the rest of the supporting cast. I'm not suprised as he has more Broadway experience than the principal players. But apparently Sara Ramirez is the true standout. Everyone thinks this show will make her a Broadway star!
