What's the deal with the stagedoor? I heard the actors come out of the lobby but is there a stagedoor sort of within the lobby? Thanks!

There's sort of a secret exit through the office building or hotel or whatever it is around the corner, behind the theater. That's the only one I know about.

I know I mean though is there like a stagedoor within the lobby that they come into the lobby from. Or do they come out the stage area like everyone else? I was wondering this because Abigail Breslin will be starring in Miracle Worker there and I'd love to get her autograph, but I don't know if she'd go through a lobby if there wasn't some sort of barricade or anything there like they set up at stagedoors.

from what i remember there was an area that was blocked off like a barricade so it was easy to figure out

I do know someone on the production team for Miracle Worker and he did mention to me that they were having trouble finding a way to get her out safely every night. I know that it will work a lot like Daniel Radcliffe where they have a part for ticketed people and non ticketed people, but also, her parents don't want her standing there signing for hours so I doubt she will be signing every night, she's young. The whole stage door situation at the theatre seems to be causing a lot more stress than any other show i've heard of, but she doe shave a bodyguard so I don't see why it would be a problem...
