Really enjoyed this. The best show I’ve seen there since Georgia McBride (didn’t see Mean Girls). The play is pretty uneven and a mess but the cast elevates it. Dana Delaney hasn’t changed much since China Beach. I kept thinking how much better Parisian Woman would have been with her instead of Uma. Lea Delaria surprisingly gives the most subdued performance and it works well here. And somebody needs to do something with Adina Verson. SNL where are you? She and her pu**y walk off with the show. This show ties Dance Nation as the most pu**y focused show this season. Not that I’m complaining....
I enjoyed this, but it was just a fun diversion that can probably be skipped by most. Some scenes dragged, others were funny, but I was left wanting more. It's worth seeing if you like any of the actresses. Adina Verson really shines as she has been in all the recent shows she's been in. Not as good as Dance Nation and not much of a message to it all.
