Tonight I saw a preview of Come From Away at the Seattle Repertory Theatre and it was wonderful! The direction, music and story were cohesive and moving. It contained a Broadway caliber cast including Jenn Colella and Chad Kimball. The quality of the cast and the show made me wonder if it is in the works for a Broadway transfer. Has anyone heard anything about it or know more about the show?

The articles I read about it were quite positive, from what I remember (La Jolla), and the show description is very interesting to me. I don't know anything about how regional shows get ported to Broadway, though, and this isn't an "out of town tryout" situation (is it?).
