Any suggestions? I was going to do a dramatic monologue for an audition, but I want to do a more dramatic song and I can't do both. And it can't be from You're a Good Man Charlie Brown.

VERY overdone, but Sonbonnet Sue from Quilters. It's a good one.

Is there a Sally coathanger one in Snoopy? Because I know there is one in YAGMCB. But I didn't think there was one in Snoopy. Maybe I'm forgetting.

It was originally in Snoopy but it was used in the YAGMCB revival

Oh interesting. Never knew that. I don't remember much of Snoopy...

Here are a few monologues for teenagers. Some comedic and some other choices.

You can also look at the links on this page. Those will take you to other monologue sites and you can look for a monologue that is appropriate for you. The important thing is not to feel that you have to choose one that is really edgy or in. Use something you think you can sink your teeth into, something that you believe will give you a chance to show some range in the very short period of time you have to make an impression.

I wish you well.

Check out "Curse of the Starving Class" by Sam Shepard. There are a couple of monolouges. They are a little crazy, but I think that they are really funny if performed correctly.
