What are some of the great comedic plays written in the past three years? Popular and unknown...?

"The Spectacle has, indeed, an emotional attraction of its own, but, of all the parts, it is the least artistic, and connected least with the art of poetry. For the power of Tragedy, we may be sure, is felt even apart from representation and actors. Besides, the production of spectacular effects depends more on the art of the stage machinist than on that of the poet."

Popular- The Pillowman was a very dark comedy.

Past 3 years? Why so specific? I think "The Food Chain" is hilarious, but it's more than a few years old.

"Pig Farm" is suppose to be pretty funny. There really aren't many "great" comedic plays that play Broadway. At least contemporary ones.
