The hilarious and wonderful composer of ROMANCE/ROMANCE, ONWARD VICTORIA and PROM QUEENS UNCHAINED, Keith Herrmann, has passed away due to Covid-19. His family has posted on his Facebook.
I had the joy of directing a concert of his ONWARD VICTORIA, and grew friendly with him. He was a truly lovely guy, and I will miss him.

I loved the music from Romance Romance. I often thought it would be a fun selection for the NY City Center summer Encores. RIP
