Contacting National Touring Company

Are you looking to shadow just in your home town when the tour plays your city? If so, send a letter addressed to the Tour's PSM c/o the general manager's office (you should be able to find the name of the GM on the tour website or on IBDB) well in advance of the dates of the tour stop.

If you were interested in working in other cities, just be aware that you would almost definitely need to pay for your own travel and housing.

No -- the PSM wouldn't receive it until after the tour arrives there, and by then it would be way too late. As per above, send it to the PSM care of the General Manager's office. A quick check of the tour website lists the GM as BJ Holt c/o NAMCO. Address the letter to the PSM c/o "WAITRESS TOUR" and send it to NAMCO -- they forward company mail weekly.
