Contacting actors backstage?
#1Contacting actors backstage?

I'm going to try for rush tickets for Spring Awakening next week. I know someone in the cast who said he might be able to take me backstage afterwards. Is there a way to let him know before the show that I'm there? (Besides the obvious text/phone call - I mean delivering a message to him backstage)
Thanks!

Posted: 10/25/08 at 11:20amI was going to do the same thing for another show. But, instead of going backstage it was hanging out between shows on a saturday a couple of days ago. We were communicating via facebook messages. She knew that I was going to be seeing two shows that day and we forgot to exchange phone numbers. I left a note for her via the stage door guy and she called me. She was unable to hang out but it is the best way to get in touch with someone you know in a show when it is closer to showtime. If you leave a note with the stagedoor guy they usually give it to the actor as they are coming into work.
