I believe "Coffee in a Carboard Cup" is originally from the musical "70, Girls, 70" and then used in "...World Goes Round".
You may be able to find it in a Kander/Ebb compilation book or in one of those shows music books.

I saw them film that movie on the Upper West Side.
They used me as an extra but I was cut out.
