Credit Cards needed at the theater?

Hey!
I was wondering if the box office guys usually ask for your credit card when you pick up your online tickets? Or can you just pick them up by your name?

It depends on the theatre. If it's ticketmaster, it's almost 100% you'll be asked for it. If it's telecharge you might or might not.

I'd say it's a case of being safe but not sorry -- you'd be better off taking it along to cover all bases.

Like jordangirl just said, it completely depends on the mood and temperament of the clerk working the window at that particular moment. I've been asked for it about 40% of the time, and not 60%.

Better to be safe than sorry.

Yeah it depends.

When I picked up my Beauty tickets (ticketmaster) they didnt ask for the card. But why risk it? Bring it just in case
