That is a shame. I much prefer Telecharge. Ticketmaster's exchange/lack of exchange policies are much harder to work with than Telecharge. In a case like this when I will be visiting town for a week in April I will always pick the Telecharge show over the Ticketmaster show if my interest in two shows is similar.
For example, I just had to exchange the date of my Allegiance tickets and it was no problem with Telecharge. I would have been out of luck with Ticketmaster.
