Lauren Zakrin, Constantine Rousouli and Carrie St. Louis to Seduce Audiences in CRUEL INTENTIONS: THE MUSICAL at (le) Poisson Rouge
I loved, LOVED Lauren Zakrin as Natasha in Great Comet. I'm so happy she's part of this.

My favorite Natasha! Still pissed I can't see Lauren again as Natasha, but I'll be looking into this production for my next trip. Have to confess I am not familiar with the venue or musical. Did anyone catch it in previous runs in NY or LA?

She was great in Wicked but she blew me away in Rock of Ages! Really excited about all three of the cast members, to be honest.

I’m honestly a bit surprised this is coming back, it seems they had a hard time selling tickets for the first time, despite being advertised as “sold out” they had plenty of tickets available for the 3 shows they did earlier in the year in the city...
I went to the final show, I really like the movie and while the musical itself was alright, it really wasn’t a pleasant evening... They use a lot of 90’s song to tell the story, add the fact that this is being performed in a nightclub (bad idea) and you’ll have a bunch of drunk people singing along... I would not recommend.
Also, it’s not reserved seating so if you want a good place to watch the show you’ll have to get there early...

Don't forget there's a 2 item (food/beverage) minimum if you choose to sit, per CruelMusical.com. Otherwise you can stand.

saw this this afternoon, thought the show was super fun and clever and the singing all around with great, although watching SPOILER Patricia Richardson sing No Scrubs was SO Surreal
im just disappointed that this is being produced as like a night club/cabaret/dinner theater piece, it was annoying to see checks being dropped during the funeral scene and being asked if I wanted another drink or if a busboy could take my plate during book scenes.
