I apologize already if there's already been a thread about this or if this question is silly in general but... what's Cry-Baby rush like? Like, is it packed or almost nonexistant? I'm trying to figure out if I'd have to wake up at crack of dawn or if I could maybe get some sleep and rush only an hour before the box office opens.
Thanks.

Posted: 5/28/08 at 7:55pmI rushed another show today, but I heard from someone in line that there was a long line at CryBaby...dunno if that helps. Perhaps go at least 1.5 hours before? It'll also help to go on days with 2 shows, Wednesday probably being the easiest time.

Posted: 5/28/08 at 7:56pmWhen I saw it, I got there about an hour and a half AFTER the box office opened and was still in the center section of the front row. I'd be surprised if it's picked up THAT much.

Per Playbill.com:
"Curtains
Day-Of Show: Front-row partial view seats available on the day of the performance for $59.
Standing Room: $22 - available at the box office only on the day of the performance - only when the performance is sold out. There are 13 standing room positions. Cash only. "

For future reference:
The rush tickets are sold when the box office opens. I went on a Saturday morning and got there at 9:55 am. The box office at 10:00 am. There were 15 people in front of me. Not all of them wanted rush tickets (I never actually understood if they were 'rush' or 'student rush'). There was no one after me in the line. I wanted to pay with credit card and the guy told me it wasn't possible, so I had to go to an ATM and come back, and still no one was there.

If only I had known...
I already mentioned this in the Alli Mauzey thread, yesterday I took my tiny mp3 player with me which also allows recording, and I couldn't resist recording Alli's "Screw Loose". If anyone wants the mp3 PM me your email address and I'll send it to you.

Hey, I would love a copy of the "Screw loose" Mp3, and also if you know of a way that I could get any music from the show, I loved it; so much fun!
Thanks,
