Current B'way RUSH/LOTTO/STU TIX policies

Yes, I know about the search function, thank you, but someone else inevitably has more time on their hands, and will answer my questions all in one place, rather than having to search each show title.

What are the Rush, Lotto, or Student Tix opportunities for the following shows?

•Equus
•All my Sons
•Billy Elliot the Musical
•Pal Joey
•Shrek the Musical
•Speed the Plow
•Slavas Snowshow
•Hairspray

Thats my list for shows to see when i come into the city in december.

Curious- how does one make submissions for correcting the info on that site?

The ITH Sunday matinee info is off by 30 minutes- they start taking names at 12noon, not 12:30 as listed- and the Tuesday 7pm show info is just not mentioned at all.

Hairspray offers a Tue/Wed/Th student rush (at least they still did about three weeks ago, when I last asked about it) that isn't mentioned.

did Gypsy just switch to cash only? they had been accepting credit cards for rush.
