Current Mufasa in Lion King

Does anyone know how is playing Mufasa while Alton F. White is taking a leave of absence?

OMG! I actually don't know, but I didn't hear about this... Anyway, I guess we could also ask is if the standby or understudy will take over during a leave of absense?

Yay, another Lion King fan! There wasn't an announcement about this that I know of, the only reason I know is because Alton White is performing in a musical in FL and I live there part of the year. I am assuming one of the understudies will cover the role until he gets back, I was just curious if anyone knew which one because I don't really know much about them besides their names. Brian Everett Chandler was a replacement I liked before.

You know I think I have seen Brian Everett as an understudy or something...I'd have to look at my playbills..

Yay, I thought everyone hated Lion King, but it's on my top 3. Do you have the Netherlands, German, and Japanese CD?
