I can't say since I didn't see the whole thing, but I saw the first few scenes and I was bored to tears. I thought the jokes were cheap and they insulted my intelligence by trying to hit me over the head with them.
I like my humor more subtle and beleiveable, it all just felt like a cartoon to me. I had high hopes for it too, but maybe I should give it another chance.

This show NEVER opened on Broadway as far I am concern! I think you are referring to one of the actor in XANADU... Curtins Holbrook!
