DEH Standing Room Tickets

I got to see Dear Evan Hansen for Ben's second to last night on 11/18 and loved it. I really want to see it again when I go to NYC at the end of May/early June but I do not want to spend a lot of $$. What time do you all think I should be in line for the box office to get standing room tickets? It would probably be on a Thursday or Friday, but I don't know yet.

There is no way to guarantee SR tickets as the majority of them go towards the lottery. However, sometimes lottery winners do not or cannot accept and they can be released to the box office. A friend and I went during the snow day this part Wednesday and asked at around 12 if they had any SR for the matinee and she said it was out lucky day and sold us the last two SR for that day but we assumed this was because of the snow and people having to cancel tickets for fear of getting in and out of the city.
