And love of theater. Apparently, they went to the theater every single night. They always sat in the first few rows - usually th front row and their joi de vivre was infectious.

This has nothing to do with the Sunshines, except I'm sure they probably had one. This has to be the rarest theater souvenir program I have ever seen. It came up for sale on eBay one day and sold for a fortune. It's the ONLY Fred Astaire souvenir program I have EVER seen. For any of his shows. ANYWHERE.

My family is lucky it's so rare, cause I'd sell them all down the river to get my hands on one of these babies.
