"Otherwise, we're mostly stuck with the likes of "Great Big Stuff," a pseudo rap number in which Butz's con man, dreaming of ill-gotten gains, utters a euphemistic word pairing so vile it's a wonder my CD player didn't spit the distasteful disc across the room."
What is he referring to?

a mansion with a moat, upon which i can float, with my vast bottomed babies, in my glass bottomed boat.
oh give me a home where the playmates roam...

Once again critic, this song is not a faux rap! It is a Steve Martin song like "King Tut" and done masterfully!
Also it probably is the "hummer" line the others are really not all that bad, yet even that "so distasteful and vile I'm surprised my cd player didn't spit it accross the room" ridiculous statement and so much overkill. There is nothing all that distasteful in the long run (well maybe some Ruprecht stuff, but it was funny)
I wonder what this person's cd player did to Avenue Q?

Hm, for some reason I thought of the "I want some really classy $hit!" Perhaps that's not it.

Posted: 5/8/05 at 8:09pmit's definitely referring to the hummer line, but in reality, anyone who would find that line distasteful probably won't understand what a hummer is anyway...

P.s. the line is "Oh give me a home where the CENTERFOLD roam"
I heart the cd..if a critic doesn't like it then I don't like him :)
