DSPRT looking for: The Last Five Years - a miracle would happen sheet music

anyone know where i might find the score, or for that matter any amateur attempt at the accompaniment for "a miracle would happen". There is a Hal Leonard "selections from" book but it doesnt have this particular song. thanks. :)
