Posted: 9/18/04 at 12:58amMy voice teacher told me that I MUST learn to dance really well. Would Broadway Dance Center be a good place to start? I'm taking jazz classes at school, but I was wondering about BDC?

Posted: 9/18/04 at 10:22amAaah yes I *LOVE* Broadway Dance Center! And I definitely recommend it. I've taken tap and jazz classes there and had a blast. Their teachers are great and everyone there is v. nice. It's a really good atmosphere. Have fun dancing!

Posted: 9/18/04 at 11:18amIf Broadway Dance Center feels too crowded for you, there are also good classes at New Dance Group on 47th Street between Bway and 8th. They tend to be smaller and the teachers are very focused. There's also amazing theatre dance training at New York Dance Center on 26th Street near 7th Ave (across the street from Chelsea Studios).
