Danny & The Deep Blue Sea Refund

Hello,

I'm flying from the UK to New York in December and just booked tickets to see Danny & The Deep Blue Sea. Immediately after purchase I added it to my calendar with the link they sent, and realised I'd somehow managed to book it a week later than when I'll be there. I just clicked on the wrong date on the calendar and then didn't realise

I've tried contacting them and asked for them to cancel my transaction immediately after purchase, but I don't know how long they'll take to get back to me.

Does anyone have any experience with this, what are my chances of getting my money back given the show is selling incredibly well?
