Lawsuit Against Producer Is Dismissed
A Manhattan Supreme Court judge has thrown out a $5 million lawsuit against Dede Harris the producer of the Off Broadway play “Dog Sees God,” who was accused, among other things, of contributing to the play’s failure by making sexual advances toward the cast members. Schwab, “on the grounds that the claims and many of the allegations of fact are frivolous.”
