I love this version that she has on her Alan Menken cd! I am DYING to have the arrangement of it! I've tried emailing her but no reply yet. I was just wondering if anyone by chance has this arrangement for some reason. I love how jazzy it is! Please let me know!

Sorry, I really have no way of helping. What seems obvious is trying to contact either Alan Menken or David Lawrence (credited as musical arranger and orchestrator for the album) but I wouldn't know how to go about that. I am just replying to agree with you about Gravitte's rendition of the song; she does a spectacular job in the album but her "Poor Unfortunate Souls" feels like a cabaret act, it is so spectacular, I wonder why she's not on Broadway right now.
