Debra Barsha & "Radiant Baby" in Queer Songbook Series

Did anyone else see this last Thurs, 6/23 at the Gay, Lesbian & Transgender Center?

Songs were performed fr Radiant Baby (about subway artist Keith Haring). Daniel Reichard who played Haring, sang, as did Michael Winther (Mamma Mia and Radiant Baby) who just finished performing in Songs from an Unmade Bed at the New York Theatre Workshop. There was an actress from Radiant Baby who's name escapes me. She has a terrific voice. Wish I could think of her name. They did "Instant Gratification," "NY Makes Me Hard," and "Paradise." Winther also sang "He Never Did That To Me" fr "Unmade Bed" as well as an other song & backup for the "Radiant Baby" songs. Lyricist Mark Campbell was in the audience as was Mary Cleere Haran. I chatted w/her & she told me she's returning to the Algonq in Feb. (I believe). I always enjoy her. A must see!

In addition, there was another performer who's written w/Debra who plays the guitar & sings. Alas, I didn't get a printed program so I don't know her name.
