I was looking at the Wicked merchandise that they sell online and I noticed that the tour was called "Defy Gravity" Are their going to be other tours as well with other song names?

They might call the different tour legs by different titles. For Rent, they go by character names (Benny, Angel and Collins), Lion King uses animal names (Cheetah and Gazelle, I believe).

Yeah, I just recently found out that the first Chicago cast of Wicked is named :"Chicago Shiz Co." at least that's what Telly Leung's resume has it listed as :)

Each touring company is it's own company and therefore they cannot have the same names. While the NY productions is probably Wicked LLC, all the tours and sit down productions have to come up with another name.
