The word from the Public Theater is that no seating chart is available because the layout changes from show to show.

However, here's a description of seating from a fan at the Liev Schreiber forum.

"The seating goes like this: Front section: Seats in 500s are far left, 300s mid-left, 100s center, 200s mid-right, 400s far right. Back section (upper seats) go the same way, with 700s as the center & so forth. My row "CC" was actually front row, then it went the usual A, B, C, D, E....etc up to the back. Seat 301 is an aisle seat, and so forth."
