Hi Everyone,
Can anyone out there point me in the right direction in my ongoing attempts to find a copy of Dick Shawn's performance of his one-man show, "The 2nd Greatest Entertainer in the Whole Wide World"?
I have been trying to track down a copy for years as a special gift to my husband who saw this show with his recently deceased father. My husband talks fondly about how hard they both laughed throughout Mr. Shawn's performance. This would be an AMAZING gift for my hubby, as I know he holds this memory close to his heart.
I think it ran June 2 to August 7, 1977 on Broadway at the Promenade Theater (which I understand is now gone). NYC is not where my hubby and his dad saw it (they saw it in California), but I will take ANYTHING I can find at this point.
Anyone out there able to help? It would mean the world to my husband.
Thank you, thank you!!
