When Chita was doing her show on Broadway, and before DVD joined it, he was in the audience for a performance. At intermission, he was signing programs for people. Just before the second act began, he did a little dance in the aisle before sitting down. What a cool guy!

I was watching a program about Disney music a few weeks ago (it was totally a half-hour ad for The Princess and the Frog, but I didn't care) and Dick Van Dyke told a story of when he was walking his dog in the park recently and took a seat on a park bench. A little girl came up and sat down next to him and just started singing "Let's Go Fly a Kite" (I think it was that song) and she started singing with her, until they finished the song.

It's things like that that make me love Dick Van Dyke so much.

I swear, if I was even near him while that was going on, I would truly burst into tears on the spot. What a great guy.

Yero, several years ago I watched a Biography episode about DVD; at the end his daughter told a similar story. If you look at the video on BWWTV, he talks about how people come up to him all the time and sing a song from the show.

Kirby Cat I think I would do the same.

He does seem to be a very nice gay..... I also thought the DVD show was very good (very old black and white tv times)......
