Discounts for Tours?

i dont know of any discounts,but if youre a student - talk to the venue, they may have a student discount (i know for RI they have students and seniors 50% off, but its not guaranteed that they have tickets)

Since ticket prices are determined by the presenter locally, not the producers, there's almost NEVER discounts for tours that are available in every single city. Sometimes, like with RENT, the producers require a rush, but that's about it.

You're best bet is to call the presenter in Rochester (IE the theatre) and ask them if they have any or watch the newspaper.

Generally tour prices are significantly cheaper than Broadway's full prices, so in a sense, everyone gets a discount (except in Las Vegas).

Student rush policies can differ depending on the show...Wicked still does lotteries on tour, but most touring houses do not offer this on a regular basis....so it is a good idea to double check with the theatre just in case.

A good idea is to call the theatre that the show is currently playing and asking if it has a special student rush program or if it follows suit with the theatre's policies.
