Do you consider Master Class a comedy?

I was recommending Master Class to a friend by saying how funny it is. I had no interest in the original production in the 90s because I got the impression that it was going to be a boring critically praised drama. Far from it. I might go so far as to say it's a comedy with dramatic parts rather than the other way around. There's a Master Class preview video on this website that shows what I mean. What do you think?

I would agree. Although there are some dramatic moments throughout the show, I would say this is a comedy. Maria Callas was dramatic and funny in real life, so it perfectly showcases her sense of humor,
