I know that someones always starts this about almost EVERY show but I remember a few years back they tried to film the piece in its original form but they didn't raise enough funds. I was thinking that nothings says PBS more then a musical based on War and Peace with Josh Groban. Since they were so willing to film things before what do we think the possibilities are of that now?

I'd say the chances are pretty grim. While it will most likely be filmed for the Lincoln Center archives, I'd be surprised to see it filmed and aired on PBS. We can hope though! :)

They had tried a Kickstarter before, I wonder if they would do it again. It would make for interesting filming with so much going on in different places. I saw the show in Boston and really thought that it was stunning.
