I haven't seen all on your list, but I have seen some.

My favorite "Documentary Theatre" piece is Anna Deavere Smith's
TWILIGHT: LOS ANGELES. It was one of the most powerful evening I've spent in the theatre.

Walk on, walk on, with hope in your heart; and you'll never walk alone.

The Exonerated because I'm related to Sunny (one of the characters) really distantly.

"We don't value the lily less for not being made of flint and built to last. Life's bounty is in it's flow, later is too late. Where is the song when it's been sung, the dance when it's been danced? It's only we humans who want to own the future too." - Tom Stoppard, Shipwreck
