Does ON THE TOWN. Have an In-Person Lottery or Just the Mobile One?

I know a lottery is offered online through Today Tix. But is there also a regular lottery at the theater? Thanks.

I believe lottery is only on TodayTix although other discounts can be had on that site and others. For example TodayTix is offering tickets for tonight for $55 in dress circle...that's $83 off, plus there are lots of discount codes you can use to make it even cheaper. I won the lottery last week and got an amazing seat, about 12 rows back dead centre. Amazing deal and great show.

I believe (not 100%) that when I won they asked whether I wanted 1 or 2. They called me at about 10:10am just as I was pulling into a parking lot where I probably would have lost reception.

I won the lottery last week and was able to buy one ticket. The seat was great - dress circle, second row.

What have people's overall success rates been with the mobile lottery? Like how many times entered losing vs winning?

I've only entered twice in two weeks and (not surprisingly) have not won yet. I try to only enter on days / nights when I'm without fail able to go and use the tickets; maybe if I entered every day during those two weeks the outcome would have been different.

Do you pay them cash for each ticket? Do you meet them outside/near the theater just before curtain time?

I did it I think the 2nd or so day it started for a matinee performance and ready to retire undefeated, 1 for 1. Box-office is given a list of winning names and I paid them cash.
