Just found this wonderful clip of Betsy as the Witch during the original Broadway run.

It also features Dick Cavett as the Narrator and Mary Gordon Murray (yay!) as the Baker's Wife.

That clip has the exact cast I saw. I'm so glad this is available to view, as the only thing most people know Joslyn from is her Johanna in the "Sweeney" video. "Green Finch" is transposed up a whole step there, which does her no favors. But she's an incredible talent.
