This is probably a shot in the dark, but I'm just curious about this. I checked his website and there is no info. But the Wicked website shows that he was replaced by L.A. boy Cliffton Hall. I guess Adam's contract could've been up. But I thought everyone usually signs for a year on new tours. That would have made it a six month. Anyway, on such a successful show, I would've expected most people to re-sign. Maybe he got another job? Maybe he was sick of the tour? All speculation I know. An LA actor myself, I'm just curious if anyone has the scoop on that.

Clifton Hall! Oh, yay...I'm happy for Cliffton.
Maybe for personal reasons?

Hi Gavroche. Do you know Cliffton? I am only an aquaintance with him, as we run in some of the same circles.

Oh, no! I just saw him in Flower Drum Song at FCLO. He was really good...

I saw that production as well. He was very good. Nice tenor voice. That particular show (Flower Drum)is not my favorite, but you can't help but love Kristine Remigio, and FCLO generally does really good work.

Yeah, FCLO puts on some kick ass shows. I'm actually seeing AIDA on the 29th....I'm really excited!

Yeah, should be a good one. A couple of Miss Saigon cast members are returning for that one. Their Miss Saigon production got nominated for a ton of Ovation awards. It's really good press for FCLO. They deserve it.

Yeah, my mom's boss got nominated for her costume work for Saigon!
Who in the cast is returning? Do you know the full cast?

Alan Everman and Rich De Guzman are returning. They were ensemble members in Saigon. Alan was the John understudy. Yeah, I know most of the cast. Got the inside scoop on Aida. Hope Saigon wins at least an Ovation or two!

i have a friend involved in the tour and he said that the two fiyero understudies left at once, adam lambert and chris peluso, and were replaced with cliffton hall and ny based kyle mcdaniel. they actually split up the tracks and each new actor does parts of each of the old...and they're both fiyero covers too.
as far as why they left, i think it was what gavrochegirl said, mainly personal..wanted to move on...
and i just heard chris got Lestat....

Thanks for the 411, Showqueen. I particularly like to try and keep up with what other West Coast actors are up to. Adam being an up and comer from around here, I was just curious. Thanks again!
Last I spoke to him, he said he's starting his own band. It's gonna rock LA!

He left by choice. He decided long ago, and left as soon as he could.
Chris Peluso is an acquaintance of mine-he is doing LESTAT, but I heard through the grapevine that he and Adam Lambert were annoyed because they never got to go on, and they basically did nothing during the regular show because their purpose was to cover Fiyero. But I guess Derrick Williams never misses and they didn't like standing in the back. I don't know about Adam but I know Chris had put in his notice before he even got the other show.
I saw Adam go on as Fiyero when the tour was in Los Angeles, and I thought he was great. I really wasn't that thrilled to see Derrick, after what I head heard of him, so I was happily suprised to have Adam as my Fiyero. Again, I thought he did a really nice job.
For what it is worth.
