Forgive me but I find this website very interesting. You should check it out. This article talks about how prarie dogs have a language and can make up new words and such. Pretty interestin because they theorize it is the most advanced animal language yet found.

Thanks, that's really interesting.

I used to do some research on animal language capabilities, and it's a really intriguing, yet *very* controversial issue. Hadn't heard much in the way of prarie dogs, per se, but this is neat.

Well, I think my dog likes Marc Shaiman's dog...she's sitting on my lap now and as I was scrolling she put her paws on the front part of the monitor and was nosing the screen! So cute!

It looks like I'll have to wait a while before I get my golden. My co-worker promised me pick of the litter, but her dog and the stud they rented didn't take to each other so to speak.

I especially like playing frisbee, swimming with and brushing Goldens and there is no puppy cuter than a Golden Retriever puppy.
