seems theatre refreshment co of ny did not take to heart the inspections being done by the NYC Dept of Health.
The bars run by Theatre Refreshment Co of NY at the Broadhurst, a theatre owned by the Shubert Organization, have gotten even dirtier since the last inspection in June.
On 6/16/11 the Broadhurst received 14 violation points.
On 7/13/11 the Broadhurst received 39 violation points.
That many violation points would give the bars a C grade.
Found: Evidence of mice in food and non-food areas, and food/refuse/sewage associated flies present in food and non-food areas.
