Only Victoria Clark has come close to her incredible performance, though I liked Donna McKechnie an awful lot. I don't see how she lost the Tony. I mean, Alexis Smith was great, but for me Dorothy Collins was the star of that show, along with John McMartin who was snubbed completely. (I hope he wins a long overdue Tony for Grey Gardens! He is a riot!)
