I thought Down With Love was wonderful, delightful, and fresh. It would make for a very entertaining musical!

I liked this movie. It was cute!! I also liked that song they both sang at the end.

actually i liked it. I think if they kept the songs and bettered the plot it could be successful.

I enjoyed the movie, also, but don't think it would make a good musical because so much of what I liked about the movie was the set dressing, scenes of NYC from the time period and some of the fast paced visual elements.
While they can certainly design a set to represent the era, I don't think it would be as interesting. (in my opinion...)
But - I DID like the movie.
