As far as I know they were scheduled to recording in Sept/Oct. but then Melissa got sick, delaying the recording. There has since not been any news about it being rescheduled to record.

Although no offical closing date was announced, to my knowledge, we do know that Julius Ceasar is scheduled to play at the Belasco this spring.

That said, I am sure that Wildhorn will find away to get this CR made.

If I don't get a cd that displays the wonderful talents of Tom Hewitt, I will be very upset!

But that's the thing - the show and music are SO bad and have such a bad rep, that to spend all the money recording and distributing this CD would be a waste. How many people would honestly buy this CD, that's the thing? Maybe 100?

I'm sure a bunch of people said that about Taboo.

You're probably right, but the once positive review in every single review for TABOO praised Boy George's music - even people who despised the show. TABOO also had a HUGE following because of Boy George fans, Rosie O'Donnell fans, and then people who didn't really identify with either of them but came back over and over. DRACULA doesn't REALLY have a huge following, and every review - even Liz Smith (and that's hard to do,) - was brutally negative, especially about the music. So I don't agree with you.
