It has been reported that Hinton Battle is out of the production. Will this show be cast in time? Does anyone know the status on whether the show is mostly cast?

"I don't really get the ending, all i can go with is when after several months,Judith saw Pat sang, and later she kissed him on the toilet, after that the story back to where Pat went down from the stage after he'd sung, and he went to the italian lady.I just don't get it,what Judith exatcly meant when he kissed Pat that she had seen, and did Pat end up together with The Italian Lady? Please help me,thank u very much!" Quote from someone on IMDB in reference to a movie he/she didn't understand. Such grammar!

The show is completely cast and the cast has been in rehearsal for two weeks.

though Broadway.com also reported Bart was in the production and he's not...this show sounds like it has been cursed from the beginning.

Hmmm.

Not really. Broadway.com announced Roger Bart but the production never announced him. Though their scoops are correct nine times out of 10, the need to be first with the news got the better of them. It seems to me too, that with the casting of Hinton Battle, the production tried to do something a little unusual, but after a couple of weeks of rehearsal, perhaps it just wasn't working out. Who knows. "Cursed" though, seems a bit extreme.

"Cursed"?? Hardly. Hinton Battle has been the only tidbit of semi-negative press, but it says it was a "mutual agreement" between Battle and producers. No mention of storming out or hissy fits.

Taboo was cursed. Dracula....not so far.
