Drama Desk tickets

So I will happen to be in town the weekend of the Drama Desk Awards ceremony, and noticed that the tickets went on sale today. Has anyone attended it in the past, and if so, how did you like it? ~$70 for a balcony seat doesn't sound too expensive. Is that a pretty good seating area for the Town Hall?

I know there's no way of telling, but do the VIP orchestra seats + after party tickets sell out quickly? I wouldn't be able to (comfortably) buy it until Thursday and am hoping they'll still be available.
