Drama League Attendee Questions?

Quick Question - I just bought my ticket to attend the Drama League Awards Ceremony and Luncheon and didn't know if anyone on here had ever attended? If you have, what is the dress code, are you able to ever mingle with the celebrities during the cocktail hour? How long does the actual ceremony last? How early does everyone arrive? I haven't been in several years but my recollections are that it is huge event, the dress code was business (not business casual), and that showing up early provided only some very limited opportunity to mingle with actors before the lunch. On the other hand, the actors that did attend were relaxed and funny when they were seated together on stage for the awards ceremonies and I was glad that I attended.
