justincharacter posted this clip in another thread, but I thought it was interesting enough to make its own thread.

I'm The New Girl, a song that was sung by Michelle to let Effie know she was no longer in the group.

The song has a great hook, but it doesn't quite reach its potential. Plus I think it would make the audience dislike Michelle from the moment she entered.

Gonna Be My Time was a cut song from the Pre-Broadway run too. I think it's worth mentioning here since it was Effie's title song instead of "And I Am Telling You...", and "One Night Only."
