Anyone know when he's leaving Les Mis? I'm hoping to be in London on the 5th November, and thought I might skip fireworks for a last listen to his awesomeness.

Not sure...but sometime this year...he's going to Vienna to open "Rudolph" in February.

Question about Drew: I know he was in Glockner as Quasimodo, but is it him on the CD? Not sure if he originated it or anything. He was a fab Valjean, truly amazing :)

Well it was the only cast recording so yes I do mean the Berlin one lol! I saw Beauty and the Beast in the theatre for which Glockner was built is gorgeous, bit off-topic I know, but I like to boast that whenever I get a chance :P Thanks x

Amazing Valjean. His accent kinds of weirds me out -- especially when he pushes up his "a"'s to "e"'s -- (e.g. "Who Em I") -- but wow he is mind-blowing. He's the only Valjean who's had me weeping (repeatedly) in Bring Him Home.
I may have to fly to Vienna for Rudoph. I may even break down and send him fan mail. I'd do THAT much.

Know what you mean. While I normally do not go to the stage door after the shows, I just had to when I went to see Les Mis some weeks ago. He was so wonderful - even started to chat in German when he realised I was from Germany.
I cannot wait to see him in "Rudolf", not too sure about the musical itself, but to see him back in Vienna will be awesome.
