Hey everyone,

I'm planning to see Drowsy this Sunday with two friends, and the only tickets that I can get my hands on are for row Z of the orchestra. Is it worth buying these, or should I just try the lottery? Is there a big overhang from the mezzanine that could possibly ruin the show for us? Are there poles/barriers that could prevent us from sitting three in a row?

I'd like to have the tickets just as a way of assuring that we have something to do, but part of me can't bear the thought of having my friend's first Broadway experience ever be from the dead last row of the orchestra. I guess what I'm really asking is, do you think we'll stand a decent chance of getting lottery seats for all of us?

Thanks in advance for the advice.

I have seen Drowsy from all over the theatre...from the very last row in the mezzanine to third row center in the orchestra. There really isn't a bad seat in that theatre, and you shouldn't have any issues with row Z in the orchestra...but you might be better off seeing if you can get front mezz seats. If you can't, don't worry about it...you won't miss anything.
