Do you have any proof of this?

It has been rumored for a while now, so this doesn't surprise me.
I wonder if they are going to use the original Prince staging. I'd love a Broadway revival (one is LONG overdue), but I'd like a new staging. Spice it up a bit!

Trust me - its happening!
When there is a press release, then I'll believe it. I care about this too much to get worked-up over untruths.
I'd redo GOODNIGHT AND THANK YOU. It's a great number, but it deserves a better routine. Something involving 'dirty dancing.' She leaves each man high and dry just before the climax. Innuendos ahoy!

The revival of Evita is a certainty for London, opening in June 2006. They are auditioning in August in London. I have a friend in London who is an actor, and her agent rang her and said it is definitely happening, with rehearsals starting in April and opening in June next year. And it is not the Hal Prince production, it is a new production being directed by Michael Grandage, who has just directed Ewan McGregor in "Guys and Dolls" on the Westend.
