So I'm just now hearing about this annual "wilding" that happens every Easter Sunday in Times Square. http://www.nydailynews.com/new-york/cops-trolling-wilding-plans-easter-article-1.1302226

I have tickets to a Broadway show Sunday night and now I'm kinda scared to go... Think there's any chance I could get a refund?

I wouldn't worry too much about it. I used to work in Times Square and 6 or 7 years ago it definitely made me uneasy seeing large groups of, apparently, gang members just wandering around though there were always TONS of cops (even more than there usually are in the area). The last 2 years, though, they really cracked down on it and I don't remember seeing anything out of the ordinary. You should be fine.

Would someone care to share how things went in Times Square today? Were there any problems with gang members? Just wondering...from RC in Austin, Texas

"Noel [Coward] and I were in Paris once. Adjoining rooms, of course. One night, I felt mischievous, so I knocked on Noel's door, and he asked, 'Who is it?' I lowered my voice and said 'Hotel detective. Have you got a gentleman in your room?' He answered, 'Just a minute, I'll ask him.'" (Beatrice Lillie)

There is no way shows would cancel or even offer refunds because of some possible gange attack that may or may not happen. There's always something going on in NYC; if shows canceled/refunded for every possible incident, no show would ever go on.

Well I'm back home safe haha, there was nothing happening, but a ton of cops out.

And Rock of Ages had some special "easter eggs." Stacee found an egg in his underwear, dialogue changed from I'm assuming "Christmas morning" to "Easter morning" and Lonny came out at the end dressed in a pink onesie with rabbit ears to ask for Broadway Cares donations.
